Any ceremony inside the state park needs a permit from the park office. The park stays open to hikers, the window is short, and October Saturdays fill early.
Out-of-state couples apply in Logan, by appointment only. Ohio couples apply in their home county, not here. Cash only, no waiting period, valid 60 days.
