By accessing or using HockingHillsVenues.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Andy Smigelski under Scout Theory LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
What This Site Is
HockingHillsVenues.com is an independent directory and lead-generation service for event venues in the Hocking Hills region of Ohio. We provide venue information, comparison tools, and the ability to submit inquiries that we route to relevant venues. We are not a venue, event planner, or booking agent. We do not guarantee venue availability, pricing, or services.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to verify venue data (capacity, lodging, amenities, policies) but venue details change frequently. Information on this site is provided for general reference and should be confirmed directly with venues before making decisions. We are not liable for inaccuracies, outdated information, or discrepancies between our listings and actual venue offerings.
Lead Routing and Inquiries
When you submit a quote request, we may share your inquiry details (name, email, event type, guest count, dates, and message) with one or more venues we believe match your needs. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to being contacted by us and by venues we route your request to. We do not guarantee that any venue will respond, offer availability, or match the information shown on our site.
Affiliate Relationships
This site may contain affiliate links to lodging, travel, and related services. When you click these links and make a purchase or booking, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence venue rankings, editorial content, or directory placement.
